Her strong background of leadership in sales and customer service includes a history of developing new initiatives and building successful Customer Service call centers with companies such as Lanier Worldwide, Medquest, and Anodyne Therapy in Tampa, Florida, where she worked before joining Recall. In these roles Greta instituted functional structures and processes that led to increased profitability and long-term customer satisfaction.
Greta is originally from Wisconsin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
